Hi, I’m Adia. When my first fur-baby had allergies, I was inspired to make her allergy-friendly meals & film fun little chef videos. Then one day, I wanted to get her a chef hat, but nothing was available for dogs like her. So, I decided to make her one, and that spark became the Barket Hat idea.

With every market, every stitch, every piece made by hand, I’ve realised tiny moments with our fur-babies become the big memories we hold onto forever. Now, I create small batch, handmade dog accessories designed to be intentional, joyful & full of personality. Matching with your pup isn’t just cute, it’s a connection, & I’m so grateful I get to make pieces that become part of those memories.

Truly Handmade with Care

The design process is a long one & involves researching, drawing, trialling out templates, and making prototypes.

I trace, cut, and iron each piece with precision. Then I sew, reinforce, and pull-test everything to ensure it's built to last.

I gather feedback at markets to improve designs. Early versions didn't suit floppy ears, so I redesigned and tested across breeds.

How Much Is Shipping?

We offer FREE SHIPPING across Australia if your order is over $50!

Standard AUS shipping under $50 is $7

Express AUS shipping is $12

International shipping is $15

When Will My Items Arrive?

Since every piece is made by hand (with a little help from our four-legged studio assistant), please allow for a little extra time for your order to ship as items are made to order. We promise - it's worth the wait.

Once it is created it will be sent via Australian Post:

Standard AUS Shipping: 2-8 Business Days

Express AUS Shipping: 1-4 Business Days

International Shipping: Is Typically Around 10 Business Days

But Australian Post Suggests Allowing for 6-27 Business Days

Why Does My Shipping Cost That Much?

Unfortunately sending the package itself costs us between 15-25 AUD which does not cover the price of the actual satchel itself. Although we are happy to cover some of that in order to reduce that cost for you guys, as we are a small business we, unfortunately, can not afford to make the shipping cost completely free. We hope you can understand & we appreciate your support.
